Our Capabilities

Zephyr Products is a full service, one-stop fabrication facility. We are able to produce product per your specifications or prints, as well as prototype, engineer, and design new or modified products.

We work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized and galvannealed material on an every day basis. We stock standard material and can often secure specialty material on next day delivery.

Engineering Services:

Our engineering department utilizes SolidWorks 3D modeling software which is compatible with AutoCAD, ProE, and most other CAD software. We also specialize in prototype design work and re-engineering of existing product.

Our manufacturing processes include state-of-the-art software systems, including nesting software and other programmable CNC software, which helps us cut your cost by increasing our material utilization efficiency.

Laser cutting:

4,000 watt laser includes advanced optics designed to facilitate precise , efficient, and repeatable cutting. This enables us to consistently provide high quality, clean product. In addition to laser cutting, we provide etching and part marking services.

CNC Turret Punching:

58-tool station turret with auto indexing and repositioning accommodates material of any length and is capable of punching a variety of extrusion forms. CNC punching can be the most efficient way to produce hole intensive parts.

Punching:

With multiple punch presses, we offer up to 250 ton hydraulic punch capacity with custom tooling, progressive dies, and cut off dies for bar stock to increase efficiency and reduce cost.

CNC Press Brake:

Our programmable press brakes can handle over 14-foot material capacity, providing repeatability with programmable forming, and minimizes set-up costs by utilizing quick change holders.

Automated Milling:

3-axis CNC vertical mill with over-sized capacity of up to 4,000 lbs. High spindle speeds and rigid box way reduce cycle time. 20-tool carousel minimizes set ups to lower costs. FeatureCAM software enables our team to streamline the production process from engineering to production.

Bundle Cutting Programmable Sawing:

Up to 5,500 lbs. bundling or individual cutting capabilities. Multiple lengths can be programmed for each bundle to reduce cost per cut. Miter cutting available.

Certified Welding:

We offer top quality MIG, TIG, and resistance/spot welding with over 20 weld stations available, including a variety of STT Lincoln Welders. Nationally-recognized Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI) to insure compliance with AWS certifications to the following codes: D1.1 structural steel, D1.2 aluminum, D1.3 sheet steel, D1.6 stainless.

Finishing Services:

We offer parts with the following finishes: powder coating, liquid painting, hot-dip galvanizing, plating and anodizing.

Assembly:

We offer a variety of component, sub-assembly, and final custom assembly services.

Logistical Services:

We provide custom packaging, crating, kit assembly, warehousing, and just-in-time delivery. In addition to local deliveries with our company-owned truck, we can arrange shipments anywhere in the US, including daily UPS or FedEx pick ups, as well as LTL shipments.
